• Clip the carabiners onto your belt loops, on either side or both on one side, try both it’s personal preference
• Poles can be pushed in and out through the clips, or put in at the skinny part of the pole. Just slide up to remove
• Fits regular aluminum poles and most adjustable poles. Won’t fit the skinny carbon ones, sorry. Smaller size may be on the way.
